No, you do not need a referral to see a physiotherapist. However, some patients may be eligible for a Chronic Condition Management Plan (GPCCMP, previously EPC) from their GP, which allows a Medicare rebate for up to 5 visits per calendar year.
Yes, we are a BUPA preferred provider however, still accept all major health fund providers.
Yes, we do. If you have not yet received your claim number you will be required to pay upfront and claim back later. Once your claim has been approved and you have your claim number, we can invoice the insurer directly. For more information visit our WC & MVA page.
We kindly ask for at least 4 hours notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. Late cancellation fees may apply if inadequate notice is given.
No referral is needed. You can book directly with our pelvic health specialist physiotherapists. We do ask that you call the clinic to book your appointment so the correct appointment type can be arranged.

Yes. Most classes are private health refundable as they are run by experienced physiotherapists.
We ask that you bring a towel, water bottle and socks (preferably Pilates grip socks) as a health and safety measure. We do have grip socks available for purchase at reception.
