Pelvic health physiotherapy focuses on the assessment and treatment of conditions related to the pelvic floor muscles, bladder, bowel and pelvic organs. These muscles play an important role in continence, core stability, posture and sexual function and when they are not working optimally, a range of symptoms can occur.
A Pelvic Health Physiotherapist is specially trained to support people of all genders and ages. Common conditions we treat include bladder and bowel dysfunction, pelvic pain, prolapse, pregnancy and postnatal concerns and post-surgical rehabilitation.
Assessment and treatment are always individualised and may include education, exercise-based rehabilitation, manual therapy, lifestyle advice and real-time ultrasound. Our goal is to help you feel confident, comfortable and supported while working towards improved function, quality of life and long-term pelvic health.
All appointments are conducted in a private, respectful and supportive environment.
