Rehab classes involve a physiotherapist-led exercise approach that focuses on improving strength, flexibility, posture and movement control. Designed to support rehabilitation, prevent injury and enhance overall physical function through supervised and targeted exercise.
Our programs are individually tailored following a comprehensive physiotherapy assessment. Exercises are prescribed based on your specific condition, injury history and goals. Suitable for a wide range of people — from those recovering from injury or surgery to individuals looking to improve strength, stability, and movement efficiency.
