Beth completed 6 years of study at Curtin University, graduating with a Doctor of Physiotherapy degree and a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science. She brings a strong foundation in movement science and rehabilitation to her physiotherapy practice.
Beth enjoys working with a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions and has a particular interest in acute and overuse lower limb injuries of the hip, knee and ankle. She is passionate about helping people return to the activities they love through a combination of exercise-based rehabilitation, manual therapy and education. She places great importance on communication, ensuring her clients fully understand their condition and what their rehabilitation plan will entail.
Beth frequently incorporates Clinical Pilates into her rehabilitation programs to improve strength, mobility, and confidence in movement. She has a growing interest in women's health rehabilitation and enjoys helping clients build long-term self-management strategies to support their wellbeing.
